Amazing deal on corn...stock up!!!!

I had to make a run to Walmart this morning...BRIGHT AND EARLY at 6:30am. Ugh. (My son is sick, barfing everywhere, and I had to run for more supplies. Oh, motherhood.)

Before I went I grabbed the Rancho Markets weekly ad. Guess what?!?! They have corn on the cob, 6 for $1! Not even kidding!

I price-matched it at Wal Mart, and got 18 (surprisingly) gorgeous ears of corn...for $3!!

Eat what you want for dinner, then cook the rest (steaming is best in terms of keeping in nutrients), cut the corn off the cob, and freeze it in ziplock sandwich baggies. Now you have fresh corn for WAAAAAY cheaper than canned!

Hurry and stock up while you can!!
