With the price of flour rising faster than over-yeasted dough I decided that I better stock up seeing as my food storage supply of flour has diminished before the price goes up anymore. Prices are estimated to go up as much as 75 percent! I went to Costco and got 3 25lb bags of Lehi Roller Mills Unbleached Flour for $5.79! Stock up while you can!
